We use that information in order to provide financial information to our customer with whom you have a pending application or other relationship.

We use this information for a number of purposes, such as investigating security incidents, running analytics to understand usage, and for compliance with security standards. We do not use this information to identify any particular consumer or household.
Google Analytics
Ibbie uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this website. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to understand how our website and the Service is used and make improvements. This tool may collect information, such as your IP address, geolocation, language, the domain from which you came, and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as how often users visit this website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to this website. Ibbie does not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes, and for that reason, cannot process requests to opt-out of the sale of personal information.
Service
Ibbie provides a consumer-permissioned data service that facilitates an application process by providing bank account information and transaction history during an application process. This is a convenient alternative to manually providing bank statements. The process begins when you apply for credit or another transaction, like a lease for an apartment. If the company you apply with is an Ibbie customer, the customer may obtain information from you and provide it to Ibbie in order to perform the Ibbie Service, including name, social security number, date of birth, address, telephone number, and other information. Once that information is received, Ibbie, through its service providers, will send you a link via email or text. This link will take you to the Ibbie website where you consent to the transaction and terms and conditions of the Ibbie Service. Then, you will be directed to our service providers’ site to continue the transaction. Ibbie’s service providers will use your login and password and attempt to login to your account. If successful, Ibbie and its service providers will have access to the same information that you see when you log into your account online. Ibbie, through its service providers, will obtain bank account transaction history and provide it to the Ibbie customer that requested the Ibbie Service.
Ibbie uses your information to provide the Ibbie Service and after deidentification, uses information for analytics and to improve the Ibbie Service. Ibbie does not sell your information outside of the Ibbie Service. Ibbie prohibits its service providers and customers from using the information outside of the Service; however, service providers may use information for analytics and to improve its services after deidentifying the information.
The Ibbie Service is provided to Ibbie customers who have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The customer may only use the information received through the Ibbie Service for that purpose and no other.
If you do not want to participate in the Ibbie Service, you can contact the company you applied with to find out what other options they may have for completing the application process.
Consumer Access and Correction Rights
If you have used the Ibbie Service within the last 120 days, you can contact us by mail or by phone to request a copy of the report used in the transaction. In order to protect your privacy, we require that you provide proper identification prior to disclosing consumer report information.
Under Section 611 of the FCRA, you have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in a consumer report. We conduct a reinvestigation of the disputed information within 30 days of receipt of the dispute (45 days if you provide additional information once the reinvestigation has begun). Results of the reinvestigation are mailed to you.
